Submission Guide

Everything is submitted online through this platform — no physical documents.

Registration Flow

  1. 1. Create an account. The Team Leader creates one account for the whole team using an active email address (one account = one team).
  2. 2. Fill in the registration form — team & institution, members (2–3 students including the leader), supervisor (recommended), and project details.
  3. 3. Upload required documents — student proof (KTM / active student certificate) for every member.
  4. 4. Submit your work before the deadline — demo video link, poster, slides, code repository, and the signed originality statement.
  5. 5. Get confirmation — you'll receive an email and in-app notification once registration and submission are received.

You can save your progress as a draft and edit it anytime until the registration deadline.
