Impact & Relevance Benefit to users, alignment with the theme, and potential for cross-country application. 20% Preliminary + Final
Video & Documentation Quality Clarity of delivery in the demo video, poster, and README. 15% Preliminary
Presentation & Q&A Delivery, command of the material, and ability to answer the judges' questions. 15% Final
Total 100%

Preliminary round: judged on Innovation & Creativity, Functionality & Technical Quality, Impact & Relevance, and Video & Documentation Quality.

Final round: all five criteria, including Presentation & Q&A.

Scores from multiple judges are averaged. A judge will not score a team from their own institution.
