Rules of Conduct
- 1. Attendance — All team members must be present in the presentation room (or virtual meeting room) at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
- 2. Dress code — Neat, formal attire, with your university's almamater jacket.
- 3. Presentation material — You must use the exact slide deck (PDF/PPTX) submitted before the deadline; last-minute content changes are not allowed.
- 4. Live demo — Make sure your prototype, app, or IoT device works reliably. Technical issues on the participant's side that reduce presentation time will not be compensated with extra time.
- 5. Q&A session — Judges will weigh how well your team defends your arguments, answers technical questions, and explains the social impact of your innovation.
