Yes. Members may come from different study programs or faculties, as long as everyone is from the same university.
A supervising lecturer is strongly recommended to guide your team's work, but it is optional.
An institutional/campus email is recommended for each member, but any active email address is accepted.
Yes — the competition is open to Diploma and Bachelor's students from universities both inside and outside Indonesia.
Upload your video to Google Drive and submit the link. Make sure sharing is set to "Anyone with the link can view" — not Restricted — or the committee will not be able to review it.
Yes. You can edit your team data and re-upload files anytime before the registration deadline (27 October 2026, 23:59 WIB).
The poster is currently optional, but it's strongly recommended since it contributes to the Video & Documentation Quality score.

Preliminary judging covers four criteria (Innovation & Creativity, Functionality & Technical Quality, Impact & Relevance, Video & Documentation Quality). The final round adds Presentation & Q&A for finalists.
